Affiliate and commercial disclosure

How we earn

• Subscriptions are our main source of revenue.
• Some links to external courses, CME activities or certifications may be affiliate or referral links, meaning we can earn a commission if you enrol. This does not change the price you pay.
• Some emails to free members may be sponsored. Sponsored content is labelled, and you can unsubscribe from it at any time.

How this affects what you see

• Job listings are never paid placements. Scoring and ranking are based on the role data, not on any commercial relationship.
• Course and CME suggestions are chosen for relevance to your goal or gap analysis first. An affiliate relationship does not move an item up the list.
• Where we hold a commercial relationship with a provider we will say so on the page or in the email.

Third-party programmes

External courses, exam preparation and certifications are delivered entirely by their providers. We are not responsible for their content, teaching quality, scheduling, accreditation, credit reporting, pricing, refunds or support. Check the provider's own terms, and confirm with your regulator or employer that a credential counts before you pay for it.

Recruiter and employer contact

We do not pass your CV or contact details to recruiters or employers unless you have opted in to that specifically. You can withdraw that consent from your career settings at any time.

Contact and dispute resolution

Questions, privacy requests, billing issues and complaints all go to support@madebydoc.com. We aim to send a first response within two business days, and to resolve privacy requests within 30 days.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. Most issues are billing or data questions we can settle by email without any formal process.
